Slamming the snooze button again and again is just the crummiest, least relaxing way to start your morning. But with the revolutionary light alarm technology, this does not have to be the case. Light alarm clocks give you a natural and far less painful experience, by getting you up with light as opposed to noise. But this concept isn’t new. Humans have woken up with the sun and even tried various timed illumination tactics for many years now. Anyway back to our topic; this article takes a closer look at the Vansky Sunrise Alarm Clock.

Overview

The Vansky Sunrise Alarm Clock carefully gets you up with all-natural light and all-natural sounds, giving you a relaxed mood in the morning. This gradual wakeup light alarm simulates sunrise to awaken you gently. It’s like an early morning sun’s rays kissing softly on your face and slowly waking you up, thus your energy is recharged to start your new day. The wake-up light fades for 30 minutes prior to your designated wake-up time, and then finishes the job with your choice among six natural alarm sounds. You can also choose from seven different light colours.

Features

Simulated Sunrise Wake-Up Light
At 30 minutes before the wake-up time, the clock’s light starts to glow softly, and brightens over the next half-hour. It gradually gets brighter and brighter, just like the sunrise would. Once you open your eyes and the light hits your retina, it starts a change in your hormones. Melatonin, the sleep hormone decreases naturally, and cortisol, your wake hormone, rises and makes you feel rested and alert. At the wake-up time, the alarm plays for 2 minutes.

Tap-to-Snooze Alarm
If you want a few extra minutes of rest in the morning, all you have to do is tap the front light. This activates the snooze for 5 minutes. While snoozing, the alarm sound turns off and the light stays on.

6 Natural Sounds
You will get 6 natural sounds including pure music, waves, birds, beeping, forest, and so on.

Adjust your internal body clock
Sometimes when you have to wake up at oddly early hours of the day or if you live in an area where the sun doesn’t rise until later in the morning your internal body clock gets a bit out of balance. When this happens it can become harder to sleep at night or wake up in the morning. The Vansky Sunrise Alarm Clock will help to balance you out by mimicking the bright sun when you’re waking up.

Sound control mode
It activates with voice mode as well. Make some noise (clap your hands, smack the table, or pat the clock) as it as an acoustic sensor built in.

Light Modes
The Vansky Sunrise alarm clock offers white and colorful light mode with touch adjustable brightness.
